Payment and financial support
At the time of application:
All students are asked to pay a £200 room deposit to secure their room which covers the key/security deposits and any damages or loss incurred in your room, hall or on campus. Any remaining balance from the security deposit will be refunded at the end of the academic year (July/August) subject to any damages cost.
Prior to moving in:
Payment arrangements for accommodation need to be made. The accommodation can be paid for in full or in an installment plan which needs to be agreed with the finance department. Once rooms have been allocated, finance will send out information regarding payment methods and installment plans, including any plans that incur administration charges.
If you wish to find out further information regarding payment methods or installment plans, please contact the finance office on 01995 642138.
